Pricing, explained

Every line on the pricing page, in plain English

No asterisks and no glossary-speak. Just what each feature actually does, and which plan it lives on. Prices and limits are on the pricing page.

Websites

Solo · 3Studio · 10Agency · 50

A website is one project in your workspace, usually one domain. Each project gets its own embed key, its own feedback forms, its own inbox and its own settings, so client A never sees client B.

Subdomains you want triaged together can share one project; a staging and production pair usually should. When you hit your plan’s limit, existing projects keep collecting feedback, you just can’t add new ones until you upgrade or archive one.

Feedback items

Solo · UnlimitedStudio · UnlimitedAgency · Unlimited

A feedback item is anything the widget sends in: a bug report, an idea or a comment, along with its screenshot, environment data and console log. Reporters can attach up to three extra files at 5 MB each.

There is no cap on any plan, and we don’t delete old reports. Storage for screenshots is generous per project and shown in your settings.

Website checks

Solo · 25 pages, weeklyStudio · 50 pages, dailyAgency · 100 pages, daily

Bugpot crawls your site on a schedule and scores every crawled page 0 to 100 on three things: content quality, accessibility against WCAG 2.2 AA (using axe-core, the engine behind most modern accessibility tools), and a small set of compliance rules.

Findings land in the inbox next to the feedback reporters send in. Dismiss what you don’t care about, snooze anything for a fortnight, or watch the "since last scan" strip for what has broken or been fixed. Solo scans up to 25 pages once a week; Studio scans up to 50 pages daily; Agency scans up to 100 pages daily.

Sign-in security

SoloStudioAgency

Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app and ten recovery codes, magic-link sign-in and passkeys are all on every plan. Nothing to opt into on a paid tier.

Domain auto-join is optional: verify a domain and any signup with an email at that domain joins your workspace as a member or a guest, saving one round of invite emails per new starter.

Two-way tracker sync, personal accounts and form destinations (from 1 October 2026)

SoloStudioAgency

From 1 October 2026 you’ll push a report into Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Linear and a dozen more tools as a properly-formed issue, with screenshot attached and environment in the description. Every integration is on every plan.

Two-way will mean changes flow back: close the issue in your tracker and the Bugpot report resolves; comments mirror into the thread. Personal connected accounts let each teammate push under their own name in the destination tracker, and form destinations let you map any field on the report to any field in the target system. All three arrive together, because they all wait on the same OAuth registrations.

Team members

SoloStudioAgency

Invite teammates into your workspace to triage, assign, comment and resolve. Reporters never need seats: anyone can send feedback through the widget on any plan.

Guests can be scoped to specific websites so a client on one project never sees another, and team members appear in the widget with a team-member badge on any report they file. Solo is deliberately a one-person plan; if two of you are triaging, you want Studio.

Widget audience & URL targeting

SoloStudioAgency

Choose who sees the feedback widget on each project: everyone, only signed-in team members, or only guests. Layer URL patterns on top so the launcher only appears on the pages you want it on.

Targeting is re-checked when the URL changes, so single-page apps hide and show the launcher correctly as the visitor navigates around the site.

Custom forms & issue types

SoloStudioAgency

Change what the widget asks for, per issue type: severity pickers, dropdowns, checkboxes, free-text repro steps. Ask guests for their name and email, ask teammates for nothing.

On Solo you get the three built-in issue types (bug, idea, comment) with their standard fields.

Widget branding

SoloStudioAgency

Set the launcher colour, label and logo per project so the feedback button looks like part of the site it sits on (useful when the site belongs to a client).

On Solo the widget uses the standard Bugpot look with your accent colour.

Webhooks & API

SoloStudioAgency

Webhooks fire on report events (created, status changed, commented) so you can pipe them into Slack workflows, internal dashboards or anything with a URL.

The public REST API uses scoped API keys with cursor pagination and a 600-a-minute per-key rate limit. It lists projects and issues, reads an issue with its comments, downloads the screenshot, updates status, priority and assignee, and posts comments. Agency only.

Analytics: Basic vs Full

Solo · BasicStudio · BasicAgency · Full

Basic shows per-project numbers: report volume over time, open vs resolved, and a breakdown by issue type.

Full adds cross-project rollups (the whole client roster on one screen), plus median resolution time and per-assignee throughput, exportable for client reporting.

AI triage assistance

SoloStudioAgency

Optional AI helpers on the report view: suggest a clear title, rewrite a rambling description into repro steps, and translate reports written in another language.

Everything is suggestion-only. Nothing changes without a human clicking accept.

Audit log + CSV export

SoloStudioAgency

Every action in the workspace (status changes, assignments, deletions, setting edits) recorded with who did it and when.

Export any date range to CSV, which is exactly the artefact agencies get asked for in client reviews and compliance checks.
